This website and it's content are hosted by ProperHost.com (UK Server) which features 24/7/365 Manned Security and Monitoring with Biometric Access Policies (more information). These security measures ensure your data is safe.
Our website has security measures to prevent a DDoS attack, in a situation where we do become overwhelmed with website trafiic, you may experience slow web page load times.
1.3 Document Amendments
The user is only to use our site if they fully understand our terminology and they agree to our conditions. If there is terminology the user does not understand, the user must not use our site until we have been contacted and the term has been explained and fully understood
Our documents and website are currently only in English (UK), we will not be held liable for any innacurate translations made by external software.

During account registration on our website you must ensure all the personal details you provide are correct. Providing impersonated or falsified information is prohibited by law and thus we may take legal action must you fail to provide accurate details. During registration you will be asked for personal details, by registering you give us consent to use these details for sharing occasional promotional materials for our website. Has your account been breached? Please Contact Us and BrainTree immidiately if you do not recognise an order that has been placed using your account. We will cancel any outstanding orders and we will start an investigation with BrainTree. Failure to inform us may mean we are unable to issue a refund. BrainTree has security features in place to prevent fraudulent activity on your account.

We may prosecute anyone who has or has attempted to commit acts of fraud.
3.1 Property Rights
The content of our website is protected by Copyright, Trade Marks, Database and Other Property rights. You may retrieve and display content of the coolitpops.com website on a computer screen. The website content may be stored on a local hard disk. You have the right to print the site content for personal (non-commercial) use, but you have to keep in mind the copyright and propriety notices. You may not reproduce, modify, copy, distribute or use for commercial purposes any of the site materials or content without written permission from us. Hotlinking is strictly forbidden - this refers to the practice of linking an image to load from another server as appose to downloading and hosting the image.

We are not responsible for any provision of equipment used to access this website. To use our website, an internet connection is required but we shall not be held liable for any costs this may incur.

This website is currently only available in English (UK) and thus we shall not be held liable for any inaccurate translations made on our website and documents by external means.
Payments may only be made with the account/card holders permission, failure to do so may lead to serious consequences.
If you order an item that is out of stock, we will issue a full refund..
Payments are made through BrainTree (a PayPal company), should you have an issue with making payments, please contact them.
We store bank card details only used for reference and invoicing.

4.2 Delivery & Returns
Free Next Day delivery on orders before 3PM [BST]. Royal Mail will not require a signature.
Free Returns on all orders within 14 days of delivery*. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org about returns and await further instructions.
*Only 1 pre-paid return label will be provided per order.
Standard Tracked Delivery by Royal Mail.
Customers Return the Product. Contact email@example.com about returns and await further instructions.

Exchanges can be made if the required item is "in stock".
To exchange an item, please include a note of which item you want to exchange for on the original invoice when returning.
Refunds will be issued within 3 working days.
We will issue a refund for a return after the item has been received, the refund will not include postage price. If a product (return) is damaged at the customers fault, we may not issue a refund.
Refunds will be given in full if we fail to dispatch an order.
4.4 Product Descriptions
Product descriptions may be innacurate, we may not be held liable for any innacuracy in descriptions, if unsure please contact us before purchasing.
4.5 Product Reviews
Product Reviews can only be submitted by Logged In Users. Here are the mandatory guidelines when writing a review of any product (not following these will result in review removal):
- Using innapropriate language
- Review is not in English (May be Translated)
- Reviewing the condition of the item (e.g. faulty item is received)
- Confidential data may NOT be included in reviews
